Industry appointments: UK and North America

UK

ABB has appointed Dave Hawley as Local Business Unit Manager for Motors and Generators in the UK. Hawley joins the company from Sulzer Dowding and Mills, where he served as General Manager of the coil division. He takes over the role from Ian Allen, who is now Regional Marketing and Sales Manager for ABB’s motors and generators division in Northern and Central Europe.

North America

ITW Commercial Construction North America (CCNA) has announced that Justin McMath will take up the role of Product Manager – Concrete Mechanical Anchoring and Calculation Software. He will be responsible for start-to-finish product management for the ITW Red Head® wedge anchor, screw anchor and TruSpec™ anchor calculation software product families. McMath’s previous experience includes Project Engineer at ITW Ramset^® and Research Engineer at ITW CCNA.

“Ultimately, Justin will work cross-functionally in the business unit to define and commercialise best-in-class concrete anchoring solutions that are top market performers as well,” said Ben Nolan, Manager of Product Management for ITW CCNA.
