Petersburgcement achieves monthly production record

Eurocement’s Petersburgcement reported record cement and clinker production in July, breaking a record that has stood since July 2015. The plant produced 0.2 million t of cement and 0.16 million t of clinker.
There was also a 5% increase in volumes shipped in the month compared to July 2015 with customers receiving 0.188 million t of finished product.
Petersurgcement began production in November 2010 and has a capacity of 2.6 million tpy. The plant is located in the Leningrad region of Russia, the home of Russia’s second city, St Petersburg, and close to the Estonian border.
