To attract, develop and retain its future leaders, Hanson has launched a new graduate trainee manager programme. The structured programme, which lasts two years, will give graduates exposure to all aspects of the business and provide them with the experience, skills and knowledge to make a real difference.
Successful candidates will be enthusiastic for personal and professional development, have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of, and lead, day-to-day activities and deadline-driven project work.
