World Cement,

Molins will once again participate as a Global Partner at Rebuild 2025, the leading industry event taking place from April 23 to 25 at IFEMA Madrid. The event will bring together more than 25 000 professionals from the construction sector, including developers, builders, architects, and quantity surveyors, as well as showcase over 5600 new building projects.

Throughout the three-day fair, Molins will present its innovative solutions in industrialised construction at its booth (9E541) and actively participate in numerous presentations, round tables, and institutional meetings, further solidifying its position as a key player in the transformation of the construction sector.

Molins will sponsor the Molins Theatre, a space within the congress dedicated to promoting industrialised construction. Higini Alfageme, Executive Vice President of the Precast Business, will open this forum by presenting Molins’ complete and flexible industrialised system, designed to address any construction challenge in the residential sector. In addition, Molins will take part in key talks focused on sustainability, digitalisation, and the industrialisation of large-scale construction projects. It will also be involved in spaces organised by the Navarra Cluster and the Madrid Building Cluster, among others.

At this year’s edition of Rebuild, Molins will emphasise the importance of promoting a culture of rehabilitation in Spain as a driver of innovation, sustainability, and energy efficiency. Beyond improving comfort, reducing energy consumption, and increasing property value, rehabilitation is positioned as a key strategy for moving toward a decarbonised economy.
