KHD CEO resigns

The Supervisory Board of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD), Cologne, informed the KHD Management Board about the resignation of Mr. Johan Cnossen as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Management Board on 11 March 2016.
The resignation has immediate effect. The Management Board has been told that Mr. Cnossen has chosen to step down for personal reasons. His responsibilities will be taken over by other Management Board members in the interim period, until a new Chief Executive Officer is elected.
