Cementir Holding appoints new CFO and Investor Relator

Giovanni Luise has been appointed as the new CFO of Cementir Holding S.p.A.

In his career, Luise has covered several managerial finance roles for multinational companies. These roles have been in various industries, such as utilities and automobiles.

Before this, Luise has held the role of CFO at Comau, Maserati, and Irisbus. He has also been Finance and Administrative Director at Alenia Marconi.

Marco Maria Bianconi has also taken on the role of Investor Relator at Cementir Holding. After working in IRI fidelity investments at Caltagirone S.p.A., Bianconi joined Cementir Group, where he has now worked for over 10 years. Bianconi will retain his role as head of M&A, Integration, and Corporate Development, where he has previously covered the role of Investor Relator.

The company’s previous CFO and Investor Relator, Massimo Sala, has left to pursue other opportunities outside of the Group. Cementir Holding has thanked Sala for his contribution over six years.

Cementir Holding is an international manufacturer of grey and white cement, ready mix concrete, aggregates, and concrete products.
