Dr Reinhold Festge elected as President of the VDMA
Dr Reinhold Festge has been elected President of the German Engineering Federation (VDMA). He succeeds Dr Thomas Lindner, who has served as President since 2010.
Dr Festge is a Managing Partner of Haver & Boecker, Germany. Previous to this position, he served as Managing Director of Haver + Beumer Latinoamericana, Brazil, and as Managing Director of Haver Filling Systems in the US. Festge sits on the board of the VDMA and is a member of the restricted board. He was Chairman of the VDMA Professional Association for Construction and Building Material Machinery in 1998 – 2004 and Chairman of the VDMA State Federation of North Rhine Westphalia in 2005 – 2011.
