Molins has partnered with Tech Barcelona as a corporate partner, enabling the company to actively participate in the development of the city’s digital innovation ecosystem, while exploring possible collaboration opportunities with startups, scaleups and other companies in the sector.
The agreement with Tech Barcelona underlines the company’s commitment to solidify Barcelona as a leading technology and digital innovation hub in Europe.
Its involvement in the Tech Barcelona ecosystem will promote alliances with digital solutions and services companies, advancing its digital roadmap, especially those initiatives focused on customer experience and Industry 4.0.
Digitalisation is a strategic pillar that drives sustainability, efficiency and innovation for the company. Molins' digitalisation strategy for the coming years encompasses more than 50 initiatives across six key areas: Customer Experience, Industry 4.0, Data and Analytics, Employee Experience, Digital Enterprise, and Infrastructure. Among the most noteworthy projects are the implementation of omnichannel processes and solutions for customer relations, the creation of a centre of excellence in artificial intelligence applied to industry, and the development of capabilities to promote innovation, the adoption of change, and collaborative and agile methodologies.
According to Javier Sueiras, Molins' Chief Information Officer, “Innovation and digitalisation are key pillars in our strategy. Our partnership with Tech Barcelona aims to integrate and enrich its innovation ecosystem and explore potential collaborations with local and international digital players.”
