World Cement,
Mordovcement has formed a team of specialist for facility repair management. The team includes masons, fitters and welders, amongst other professionals, who all have a lot f experience within their specialties.
The new division will provide timely and high-quality repairs to process equipment, not only for Mordovcement, but also for other plants in the Eurocement group. This strategy will mean that costly work performed by an external contractor will no longer be necessary, and will guarantee that all work is carried out at a high level, with the team having an excellent knowledge of the specific equipment and being able to find creative solutions to the most complex problems.
In addition, the team will have access to all necessary tools and equipment, including high-precision measuring instruments.
Service repairs are already planned on the rotary kiln at the Pikalevo plant, and are to take place in the near future. At the start of March, the comprehensive team of specialists will also begin their repair campaign in other plants of the group.
