Tebodin awarded contract in Gdansk

Apollo-Rida Poland Ltd., which is part of Rida Gdansk, is developing a new residential and office building complex in Gdansk, which will have a total area of over 21 000 m2. The company has awarded a project management contract to Tebodin’s office in Gdansk.

This new residential and office building complex being constructed in Gdansk will include an underground car park, a six-storey residential building with a commercial space on ground level and a ten storey office building, assessed to achieve BREEM ‘Excellent; rating. The development also includes the reconstruction of the surrounding road.

Tebodin’s scope of work includes project management, verification of the design documentation, the procurement procedure to select a general contractor and a multi-disciplinary construction supervision.

Apollo-Rida Poland Ltd. has been present on the market since the early 90s and was founded by David Mitzner. The company creates and invests in office building, warehouse and retail developments. Apollo-Rida is currently managing a portfolio of investments with a value exceeding €1.2 billion.
