Holcim Deutschland Group headquarters to move to Hamburg in 2022

World Cement,

At the end of the first quarter of 2022, the headquarters of the Holcim Deutschland Group will move from the old town in the direction of Eppendorf / Hoheluft to Troplowitzstraße 5. After 65 years, the building materials manufacturer is leaving its domicile on Willy-Brandt-Straße, where the main administration has been the central fixed point for many generations of employees, customers and suppliers.

The future location is owned by the Hamburger Hochbahn pension fund. The existing building will be extensively renovated in the coming months and the interiors will be designed in accordance with Holcim's wishes. The total area of the new headquarters will be about the same size as the old location. Due to the optimised division of space for the 140 employees, part of the Holcim office space will in future be sublet to third parties.
