Rohrdorfer supplies concrete for Tullnerfeld residential park apartments

World Cement,

The company Riedergarten Immobilien is currently building the Tullnerfeld residential park near Vienna. While 37 apartments in the first construction phase are already inhabited and 43 apartments in the second construction phase are in the handover phase, Rohrdorfer is continuously supplying concrete for construction phases 3 to 5, in which a further 141 apartments are being built.

The Tullnerfeld residential park has been under construction since 2015, and Rohrdorfer has already supplied more than 8000 m³ of concrete for the first and second construction phases. Work on sections three to five, for which around 10 000 m³ of concrete will be produced until completion, started in March of this year. The construction company Traisenbau GmbH is expected to complete the construction activities by the end of 2021.

The residential complexes currently under construction will have four floors with an underground car park and extensive roof terraces from which one has a wonderful view of fields and forests in the area. The balconies and terraces allow the feeling of ‘living in the country’, and yet you can be in the capital Vienna in less than 15 minutes by public transport.
