Changes to the management board at KHD Humboldt Wedag

The supervisory board of KHD Humboldt Wedag has informed the company’s management board of the resignation of Gerold Keune, for personal reasons. Keune resigns as a member of the management board with immediate effect.
Yizhen ‘Mario’ Zhu has been appointed as the chairman of the management board, with immediate effect until 31 December 2019. Zhu has previously served on the company’s management board, from 2011 until 2017.
Tao Xing was appointed as an additional member of the management board, also with immediate effect until 31 December 2021. Xing has previously served as a member of the company’s supervisory board in 2015, as well as being a member of the company’s management board in 2016.
