Aggregate Industries appoints new head of ready mix concrete and asphalt divisions

Wilkins is a rising star in the construction industry and has a track record of successfully delivering product development and growth strategies. She has spent over 11 years working for construction giant Carillion, most recently holding the post of Product Development Director for that company.

Wilkins is already active in her new role, in which she is tasked with driving sales and development of the firm’s market-leading asphalt and concrete performance products. In addition to this, Wilkins is responsible for spearheading the growth of value-added services.

Aggregate Industries was recently named by WORK180 as ‘Endorsed Employer of Women’. WORK180 is a pioneering jobs platform that pre-screens employers to ensure that they support women’s careers. Wilkins has stated that she is passionate about supporting Aggregate Industries’ ambitious plans to build a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
