Cleveland Cascades complete System inspection of Clinker Loading Chute based at Malaga Port

Cleveland Cascades Ltd. engineers have recently returned from a site visit in Malaga, Spain, for our client, Servimad.
The nature of the visit was to perform an overall system inspection on the Cleveland Cascade chute CC934, assessing the chutes condition and to verify the setup for the material being handled.
The Cascade chute has the capacity to load clinker at rates of up to 800 tph and loads from a mobile style Ship Loader with a luffing boom.
An in-depth report was produced for the client based on the engineers findings. Some remedial works were highlighted to be performed and where necessary, recommendations were made for optimising the efficiency of loading operations thus enhancing the systems performance.
This demonstrates the importance of site inspections in order to ensure that the full potential of the Cleveland Cascades system is realised to achieve reduced dust emissions when loading dry bulk materials.
Commissioning engineers can visit site to help install and optimise the operation of the chute according to customer needs. We strongly recommend that installation and commissioning by Cleveland Cascades factory trained engineers is included as part of the Supply Agreement when a system is purchased, this is to protect the investment and to ensure its optimum operation.
