Anahata launches a range of ICT solutions for the cement industry

Computer software company Anahata has introduced a range of affordable, cost-effective ICT solutions for cement industry applications in Australia. The company offers software development and consultancy services designed to improve business productivity.

Anahata delivers applications developed on open source technology and open standards, providing the necessary security, stability and compatibility for cost-effective and affordable customised ICT services. These deliveries include turnkey solutions that are easily integrated with existing infrastructure and systems such as RFID scanning, mobility, hosting and barcode printing. Business analysts and developers work with the customers to gather requirements and an understanding of the current business processes

The company issues a 3-month warranty and consultation via phone and email. Customers can access an issue and online task management system to log in and make requests for enhancements. Defects or errors encountered can be reported during the testing and development stage. Onsite training is also provided to give personnel the relevant skills and knowledge for the proper operation of new software applications.
