B2B ecommerce is becoming increasingly significant as customers shift their buying preferences to online channels. On 15 September, CloudCraze announced that Siam City Cement had chosen its ecommerce solution, built on the Salesforce App Cloud, in response to this. This will allow the company to transform the way they sell, service, market and engage with partners and customers, by launching a new online sales channel. Siam City Cement will begin generating online revenue and be able to leverage ecommerce and CRM data for a 360° view of the customer.
