20MCC Group completes cement plant works in Shaanxi, China

China 20MCC Construction Group (20MCC Group) has completed all the construction works for the No. 1 rotary kiln at Shaaxi Fuping ecological cement plant, marking the end of the company’s masonry works at the facility, which began in March 2013.

The facility covers a total land area of 34 ha. and is located in Xue Town in Fuping county, Shaaxi Province. It is divided into four functional zones for raw materials, finished products, dispatching of finished products and the production business.

The scope of the masonry works comprised: the rotary kiln, grate cooler, hot kiln hood, tertiary air duct, hot-blast stove and the other equipment of the two production lines, casting of wear-resistant ceramic materials for the raw mill, cement grinding mill and the pipelines on the top of the slag mill. The total volume is approximately 3600 t, including 1900 t of casting materials.

The masonry works will enable the plant to be one of the largest domestic cement production lines in terms of daily output capacity. Production capacity for clinker will be 9000 tpd and the output capacity will be 4.03 million tpa for clinker, 1.2 million tpa for ground slag and 3.35 million tpa for cement.
