Anhui Conch signs design and technical service contract

Chinese cement producer, Anhui Conch, has signed a contract with sister company, Conch Design, for the provision of engineering services to “certain projects”, Anhui Conch said in a release to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Both companies are subsidiaries of Anhui Conch Holdings Co. Ltd.
The total value of the contract is RMB78.38 million, a price determined by the companies after “arm’s length negotiation”.
According to Anhui Conch the contract includes the provision of “certain services, including engineering design and/or technical upgrading for certain projects, including clinker production lines, cement grinding mill, aggregate, commercial concrete, and residue heat electricity generation projects.”
