Dongwu Cement announce resignation of Chief Investment Officer

Dongwu Cement have announced the resignation of their Chief Investment Officer, and non-executive Director, Mr. Chen Xuanlin.
The statement from the Board of Directors was as follows,
"Dongwu Cement International Limited hereby announces that Mr. Chen Xuanlin has resigned as a non-executive Director of the company and the chief investment officer of the Company with effect from 2 December 2022 as he wishes to pursue his career development and concentrate on his own business engagement. Upon his resignation, Mr. Chen would no longer hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries.
Mr. Chen has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters with respect to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chen for his valuable contributions to the company during his tenure of office."
