Concrete Direct offers a simpler and smarter way to handle concrete purchases as it provides real time order tracking. Now customers are able to navigate truck positions live on GPS, interact with customer-care representatives using chat, share tickets, view active orders and history, edit orders in real-time, and monitor the performance of their site crews from anywhere. The live tracking of truck position reduces the operational follow-up calls, thereby greatly improving logistical efficiency.
