Vortex announced new MENA agent

Vortex Global Ltd has announced the appointment of Smart Systems for Factories Operation and Maintenance Co. as its agent in Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia, Qatar and Yemen.

Smart is a well known Middle eastern supplier for dedusting systems including industrial ventilation systems, shut off valves, loading spouts and filters.

"Smart has the ability to provide our customers in the MENA region with any type of equipment for mineral industries including the cement, potash and phosphate industries," says Laurence Millington, Vortex Director of International Business. Demand for reconstruction of infrastructure and public housing in the MENA region has increased due to demographic explosions, and both of these require cement. New cement companies have been added, while the existing cement plants have been converted to operate on alternative fuels.

Smart has a long history of consulting and contracting cement plant operations in the Middle East. Its knowledgeable team of experienced cement engineers and technical experts is experienced in the local and neighbour markets.
