Tebodin spoke at the IOSH Middle East conference, held in Muscat, Oman in April 2016. The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) is the world’s leading professional body for people responsible for safety and health in the workplace.
Ms. Shermin Shali, QOHSE manager in Tebodin’s Abu Dhabi office, gave a presentation on ‘Ethical Leadership in Safety Management’. Shermin: ‘It is important that organisations have safety management systems with a strong focus on ethics. Employers should have a genuine ethical concern for the wellbeing of their employees.’
