CEMEX Latam to sell stake in Brazilian cement terminal

CEMEX Latam Holdings, part of the Mexican multinational building material group, CEMEX, is to sell its stake in a cement distribution terminal in the Brazilian province of Amazonas to Votorantim Cementos. According to a local news report, total consideration for the deal will be US$30 million with the deal expected to close by the end of this year.
