World Cement,

Bedeschi has been awarded the contract for a limestone storage project for Votorantim Cimentos in Curimba, Brazil. The supply consists of a storage system with two stacking bridges type STKP (Tripper TRP 16/1400) and a reclaimer type BEL C with a stacking capacity of 700 tph and a reclaiming capacity of 100 to 500 tph.

The BEL C system, based on the creation of rectangular section piles, is composed of an interconnected system with a tripper, two bridge stackers and an overhead bucket reclaimer, to provide a complete remote automatic material stacking and reclaiming process. This special Bedeschi technology allows the plant to achieve a very high blending effect.

The supply also includes a crushing group with an apron feeder (CNA 10/2200 B), as well as primary and a secondary toothed roller crushers (RL 650/2200). Due to the low peripheral speed Bedeschi roller sizers are characterised by a very low power consumption compared to traditional crushers.

The machines will be commissioned before the end of 2015.
