CTLGroup, the internationally-recognised consulting and testing firm, has completed its acquisition of Williams Building Diagnostics, an architectural consulting firm with over 25 years of expertise in building enclosure services. WBD has operations in Bradenton, FL and Philadelphia, PA. Its capabilities include the evaluation of building performance issue and innovative moisture management solutions that enhance the durability of commercial, institutional and residential buildings.
