World Cement,
Cemtek Environmental has received an order valued at more than US$840 000 for multiple Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) for installation at Capitol Aggregates’ cement plant in San Antonio, Texas. CEMS are engineered to meet unique conditions when monitoring cement facilities emissions.
In selecting a supplier, Capitol Aggregates emphasised the importance of partnering with a full service CEMS provider, such as Cemtek, with experience to handle a project of this nature, and a keen emphasis on compliance with federal and state rules and regulations.
Cemtek’s custom designed emissions monitoring systems are fully compliant with all federal and state regulations and are designed to provide years of trouble free performance while keeping down long-term costs of ownership through reduced maintenance time and cost. The custom CEMS package includes gas analysers for NOX, CO, O2, HCl, THC and NH3 along with EPA compliant data acquisition software.
