Atlas Copco acquires Air Supply Systems Inc.

Atlas Copco has acquired the operational assets of Air Supply Systems Inc, a previously privately-owned company based in Franklin, Wisconsin. The company distributes and services compressors and accessories, and sells, installs and services Atlas Copco air products, mainly in southeastern Wisconsin.

“We have an established relationship with this high-quality organization, and this acquisition will further strengthen our relations with our customers,” said Nico Delvaux, President of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.

Following its acquisition the Air Supply Systems Inc becomes part of Atlas Copco Compressors LLC, with six of the company’s employees set to join Atlas Copco as part of the transaction. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
