Yacuces cement plant to feature Gebr. Pfeiffer raw material grinding system
Gebr. Pfeiffer Inc., a subsidiary of Germany’s Gebr. Pfeiffer SE, has been selected to supply raw material grinding equipment to Itacamba Cemento S.A.’s new cement plant in Yacuces, Bolivia. The 2000 tpd cement plant, which is located in the Germán Busch province, will feature a raw material grinding system incorporating Gebr. Pfeiffer’s MPS 3750 B mill as its main component. The mill will have an output rate of 210 tph, with a fineness of 14% residue at 90 mm.
In addition to the raw mill, Gebr. Pfeiffer’s scope of supply comprises: DSZ 1400 R rotary lock; SLS 3150 B classifier; AZZ500 cyclones; related engineering and spare parts.
Delivery of the equipment has been scheduled for 2Q15.
