In Colombia, Saint-Gobain is leader on the construction glass market, insulation and abrasives manufacturing in 4 different locations.
Fully focused on customers and end users, this partnership will combine the global Mortars technology and know-how of Saint-Gobain with the strong leadership and local presence of Argos, offering a wide range of solutions across Colombia to accelerate the evolution of the construction market towards a more professional and sustainable future, creating employment and long-term value for all stakeholders.

The completion of the transaction, expected in the coming months, is subject to approval by the Colombian competition authority.
