Summit Materials completes combination with Argos USA

Summit Materials, Inc has announced that it has completed its US$3.2 billion combination with Argos North America Corp.
Shareholders of Summit voted overwhelmingly to approve certain proposals related to the Transaction Agreement, dated 7 September 2023 by and among the Company, Cementos Argos, Argos USA, Argos SEM, LLC, and Valle Cement Investments, Inc. at the Special Meeting of Stockholders on 11 January 2024.
