American Concrete Institute announces key staff promotions

The American Concrete Institute has announced key staff promotions aimed at increasing alignment and flow from ACI’s technical documents to educational products.

Michael L. Tholen has been named Managing Director of Engineering and Professional Development, and will coordinate the efforts and resources of both departments. He will continue the supervisory and coordination aspects of his previous role and will also oversee engineering staff in both departments to facilitate better interdepartmental coordination and align staffs’ strengths with project requirements.

Matthew R. Senecal has been named Manager, Engineering and Claire A. Hiltz has been named Manager of Professional Development. Hiltz will coordinate and implement the programmes necessary to increase the effectiveness and productivity of ACI.
