Oldcastle Infrastructure acquires Concrete Specialties

Oldcastle Infrastructure has acquired Concrete Specialties, Inc., a manufacturer of precast concrete products that is headquartered in the Chicago metro area.

With four manufacturing locations, Concrete Specialties provides water management products to Illinois and Wisconsin and provides an opportunity for Oldcastle Infrastructure to expand into the upper Midwest.
