World Cement,
SAXUM Engineered Solutions recently completed a project for CSN Cimentos’ new 6500 tpd cement line in Brazil. Highlights of SAXUM’s work on the project include:
- Over 55 000 manhours performed.
- Basic and detailed engineering completed in only 12 months.
- Trade-off studies of the preheater tower, clinker silo, and multicell cement silo were performed during the engineering phase, which allowed important reductions in project CapEx and OpEx.
