TWS increases its presence in North America

Terex Washing Systems (TWS) has increased its presence in the USA with the opening of a new Centre of Excellence in Louisville, Kentucky. The new facility follows increasing demand for TWS products and services in the region after the launch of the AggreSand™ 165 in North Carolina in November 2013. The Centre of Excellence will enable TWS to provide further support to its distributor network and customers in North America. All machines sales, part sales and services will be supported directly from the Louisville facility.

TWS’s distributor network in North America comprises 23 independent dealers and more than 100 salesman, who cover the US, Mexico, Caribbean and Central America.

“With the fantastic levels of growth we are witnessing across America both in the Aggregates and Recycling segments, establishing a dedicated location in NA to stock machines and parts and to manage our sales and service activity in this region was critical to ensure we continue to provide optimum service and support for our distribution network and end-users,” commented TWS Director, Sean Loughran. “With this facility now fully operational we can react quickly to market demands with onsite stock of TWS most popular machines. In addition, we have a dedicated parts warehouse stocking hundreds of parts to ensure minimal downtime and ultimately ensure our customers operate at maximum productivity. TWS have a team of aftersales technicians available to support our customers and distributors in all areas including applications; service and commissioning to ensure TWS continue to be the number one supplier of choice for all washing equipment in North America.”
