US Concrete acquires Jenna Concrete Corp

US Concrete Inc has announced that is has acquired the assets of Jenna Concrete Corp. Located in Bronx, NY, Jenna has an established and respected market presence in New York metropolitan area, with roughly 25 years experience serving the Manhattan commercial and residential high-rise market.

Jenna provides a complementary addition to the Company’s existing New York operations, giving US Concrete a more complete geographic coverage of the Manhattan market, enlarging its footprint to include the Bronx borough and expanding its customer base in the New York metropolitan area.
