Cemex USA announced today it has finalised an acquisition that secures new long-term aggregates reserves, expanding its aggregates footprint and further strengthening the company’s position in aggregate constrained markets.
Votorantim Cimentos ended the first quarter of 2023 with a net profit of R$78 million, reversing the R$317 million loss in 1Q22. The company’s global net revenue in 1Q23 totaled R$5.8 billion, an increase of 18% compared to the same period in 2022.
