Cemex awards Ecoperating Plus certification

Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. has announced that it has awarded the Ecoperating Plus certification to Torre Cosmopolitan.
The Ecoperating Building Certification accredits buildings, during their design, construction and/or operation phase, with notable sustainable features and performance above the market standard.
Cemex recognises projects that save energy, water and reduce the environmental impact associated to construction and buildings.
Torre Cosmopolitan is a regenerative project in Tijuana. With a holistic approach, it combines bioclimatic design, urban planning, innovative construction techniques and materials, as well as advanced engineering in order to be a landmark sustainable building in the region.
