World Cement,
Loesche has been contracted to supply two vertical roller mills for INVECEM Industria Venezolana del Cemento. The contract was awarded by AVIC International Beijing Co. Ltd.
The new cement plant is in Monay, Trujillo, and is a joint project between the governments of Venezuela and China, who plan to build three 2500 tpd cement plants in Venezuela. An LM 48.4 Loesche VRM will grind raw material with a capacity of 280 tph at 12% R 0.09 mm. The LM 53.3+3C cement mill will produce 200 tph of OPC with a Blaine fineness of 3200.
Delivery of the mills and LDC classifiers is planned for November 2015. With this delivery, the number of Loesche VRMs in the Venezuelan cement industry rises to seven, generating synergy effects due to the Loesche identical parts concept.
