Cemex announces take-over bid for Trinidad Cement

Reuters is reporting that Cemex has announced a takeover bid for Trinidad Cement at 33.1% premium.
Cemex intends to consolidate Trinidad Cement Limited and its subsidiaries.
Full acceptance of the offer would result in a cash payment by Sierra of approximately US$89 million.
