US Concrete Inc acquires Strickland Bridge Inc

US Concrete Inc has announced that it has acquired Strickland Bridge, Inc., which is in Haskell, Texas. This acquisition adds one concrete batch plant and a fleet of six trucks to US Concrete’s portfolio of assets in the West Texas area.

"This acquisition fits with our North Texas growth strategy and expands our operations near Abilene, Texas," said U.S. Concrete President and CEO, William J. Sandbrook. "We look forward to further participating in the continued growth of the extended Abilene market with our enhanced ability to offer superior service and high quality materials. I am excited to welcome the Strickland employees to the U.S. Concrete family."
