Donaldson invests US$10 million in laboratory expansion
Donaldson Company, Inc. has announced plans to invest US$10 million in expanding the testing laboratories at its Minnesota headquarters in the US. The expansion will increase the company’s ability to test filter performance in real world conditions, looking in turn at variables such as humidity, temperature, vibration, contaminants, flow and pulsation. Donaldson expects the state-of-the-art laboratory enhancements to help reduce costs and development time, as well as enabling in-house scientists and engineers to improve product efficiency and reliability.
The US$10 million investment follows an announcement earlier this month that Donaldson will be expanding its capacities in the Central and Eastern European market with the construction of a new filter manufacturing plant in Skarbimierz, Poland.
