Holcim's cement factory in Koromacno has received the financial support of HRK 3.3 million for the production of low-carbon types of cement.

HeidelbergCement has signed an agreement to make a minority investment to acquire 45% in Command Alkon. Thoma Bravo will retain the majority ownership of Command Alkon.
