According to Agg-net, Hanson Cement’s customer satisfaction surveys, undertaken by MRA Research, show an increase in the company’s bulk cement customer satisfaction.
Agg-net have reported on the results of the Spring 2019 Bulk Cement survey, which show 78% of customers to be ‘very satisfied’, and over 98% of the concrete companies who took part in the survey to be either ‘likely’ or ‘extremely likely’ to continue using Hanson.
National Commercial Director for bulk cement at Hanson UK, Mark Hickingbottom, said “I am beyond pleased with the excellent results from the recent customer satisfac-tion survey, which demonstrate that the improvements we’ve made based on the out-come of previous surveys have made a real difference to our customers.”
He added “However, there’s always room to improve, which is why we’re committed to track customer satisfaction on a regular basis.”
