The UK Concrete Show 2026 returns to the NEC, Birmingham with expanded innovation features and expert-led insights

The UK Concrete Show, the UK’s only dedicated concrete exhibition, will return to the NEC, Birmingham on 25 - 26 March 2026, bringing together concrete producers, contractors, engineers, designers, specifiers and specialist suppliers from across the sector. The free-to-attend event provides a focused platform for professionals to explore the latest developments in concrete production, precast and offsite systems, reinforcement, admixtures, transport, testing, digital technologies and low-carbon solutions.
Building on a successful launch in 2025, the New Products Hub returns, showcasing recently launched products, materials and technologies from across the concrete supply chain. The feature offers a snapshot of innovation in the sector and highlights practical solutions responding to efficiency, sustainability and performance challenges.
Also returning for 2026 is the Find Your Community area, designed to help visitors connect with key industry organisations and professional bodies. Partner organisations include The Concrete Society, The Institute of Concrete Technology, the Association of Concrete Industrial Flooring Contractors, the Structural Concrete Alliance, the Institute of Quarrying, the British Aggregates Association, the Advanced Carbons Council and MPA – The Concrete Centre. The area provides a focal point for networking, professional development and industry support.
New for 2026, the Live Demo Zone will introduce hands-on demonstrations of equipment, materials and technologies in action on the show floor. Designed to complement the static exhibition, the Live Demo Zone will give visitors a practical view of site-ready solutions, allowing them to see processes demonstrated live and better understand real-world application and performance.
Alongside the exhibition, an expanded Concrete Connect Seminar Theatre will deliver insight from more than 20 industry experts through a series of technical presentations and specialist panel discussions. Hosted by Susannah Streeter, sessions will cover:
- Case studies showcasing the latest technology driving decarbonisation across the sector
- The emerging role of advanced carbons in concrete and what It means for industry
- Updates from The Concrete Society on TR74: Cementitious materials
- Case studies in digital concrete maturity monitoring to establish element strength for identity testing
- Sustainable precast by design: practical pathways to lower-carbon concrete
- Innovative solutions to manage the deterioration of RAAC concrete
- Attracting, developing, and retaining new talent in the concrete industry
