Seven years ago, Cemengal patented a solution for clinker grinding. The company oversaw most of the grinding station projects built in Spain during the 1990s and more abroad in later years.
The feedback from clients and many plant, technical, sales, and general managers at the various conferences that the company has participated in across the world, encouraged Cemengal to think about developing a new way of grinding clinker. A decade ago, the level of investment required to enter the cement industry was enormous, and not many investors wanted to or could take such a high risk. Clients were looking for a more flexible way of grinding clinker.
