World Cement,
Terex Minerals Processing Systems (MPS) has launched the new MJ47 primary jaw crusher module. The company’s largest jaw module to date increases the application capabilities and crushing capacity of its existing modular product range. The Terex® MJ47 jaw crusher module is designed for large quarries or contractors that want a stationary type design without the complexity of a typical stick-built plant.
The MJ47 features: a 36 in. x 48 in. (914 mm x 1219 mm) Terex® Jaques ST47 jaw crusher; a Terex® Simplicity 51 in. x 24 ft (1.3 m x 7.3 m) heavy-duty double-deck vibrating grizzly feeder; a large capacity truck dump hopper; a discharge conveyor; an extra heavy-duty galvanised/painted I-beam frame; a wrap-around maintenance access platform, stairs and guard rails.
The modular product line consists of several pre-designed static and semi-static crushing and screening plug and play modules. The simplicity of the range results in decreased set-up time and easy operation. Modules are designed to fit and work together interchangeably; all Terex MPS modules bolt together onsite and require minimal onsite wiring.
