New BinMaster HD probe

World Cement,

BinMaster have released a new heavy-duty, stainless steel probe, that can be attached to either the PROCAP I or PROCAP II capacitance probes. The BinMaster HD probe is rugged, comes in a standard 8 ft. length and features PRO-Shield to prevent false readings from material build-up on the probe. The probe’s wide diameter allows for maximum sensitivity and performance by increasing the surface area. It is suitable for use in temperatures up to 260°C, making it appropriate for challenging applications such as flyash or clinker. The probe is resistant to bending and is extremely durable as it is solid and is 1 ft. diameter. It can be used for both high and low level detection in heavy materials such as coal, aggregates, grains or other materials with a high bulk density.

As with all BinMaster capacitance probes, the heavy-duty probe offers fail-safe operation and ‘Quick-Set’ calibration, along with interference-free operation – working far below the RF level of 9 KHz at just 6 KHz. It will not interfere with two-way radios or other equipment operating in the radio spectrum. The PROCAP I and PROCAP II capacitance probes feature triple-thread, screw-off cover that gives easy access to internal components and an FDA-recognised powder coat finish, while the housing also has dual conduit entries that allow for simplified wiring and installation. A dual time delay feature allows the user to set flexible time delays of up to 30 seconds for covered and uncovered conditions.
