InsightHQ enables productivity and performance visibility through any web browser

Trimble has announced the availability of Trimble LOADRITE^® InsightHQ reporting access for quarry, mines and other process industries that use performance and productivity data. InsightHQ is a web-based management portal accessible via any browser, including mobile devices. It consolidates live, operational information from Trimble LOADRITE devices across the site, to provide near real-time productivity and performance reports for extraction, processing and load-out operations in quarries. InsightHQ is ideal for other industries using loaders, excavators or conveyors, including cement or asphalt production, mining, earthmoving, agriculture, ports and harbors, waste management and recycling.

LOADRITE InsightHQ improves productivity and performance visibility by providing access through any web browser including mobile devices. It provides visibility to respond to issues, optimise production and monitor productivity in near real time. Users have access to live reports by customer, machine or product. These reports can be adjusted to suit the relevant reporting period, e.g., real time, day, week, month, year or custom time period.

Customer feedback shows quarry managers are checking the status of the quarry remotely, helping to reduce productivity loss from downtime issues. In addition, email reports provide a regular summary right into their inbox.”

Plant snapshot allows site managers to spot issues quickly to ensure delivery on their daily targets. Reports provide information to optimise plant and loading performance and asset utilisation to increase productivity. In addition, InsightHQ is flexible and provides key performance indicator (KPI) data in an easy to interpret format.
