The analyser has now been installed in just one and a half days. Over the last few months RTI has booked another 3 AllScan orders for cement projects.

Two analysers (1 stockpile application & 1 raw mill application) were selected by National Cement, Kenya for their Athi river project and most recently one of the global cement producers has placed order for a stockpile application analyser for one of their sites in India.

At the Kenyan installations FLSmidth’s QCX mix optimisation software is part of the project scope. The Kenyan analysers are expected to enter into operation during Q2 2016, while the second unit for an Indian site is planned commissioned in Q3 2016.

An impressive 12 AllScan’s have been sold within the last 12 months to the global iron ore industry. Those sales were kicked off by a successful trial installation at a global iron ore producer’s mine in Western Australia followed quickly by purchase of a further 5 analysers by the producer.

Of the last 10 bookings 7 have been for the international market in India, Africa, USA, and South America.
